We’re based in West Sussex, but we leverage our extensive experience of working with geographically dispersed teams to deliver successful bids across the UK.
We know what public sector buyers are looking for. We use our insights and experience including from within the UK Civil Service as bid evaluators, commissioners, service designers, policy leads, and project managers to help our clients win bids and become preferred bidders.

William Minnett
Tender Support UK is led by William Minnett — a policy, strategy and commissioning specialist with 18 years of senior management experience in central government. With first-hand experience of how public bodies design, procure, and evaluate services and suppliers, William understands what public sector buyers expect and also understands the challenges that SMEs faces. He now supports SMEs to win, and deliver, public sector contracts.
